Your Neighbourhood Watch

Established in June 2016, and so still in its early days,  Residents within our area have come together to set up a Neighbourhood Watch, which involves neighbours looking after each other, for example, keeping 'an eye' on each other's houses while neighbours are away or on holiday. Reporting  any suspicious activities, Anti Social Behaviour, hate crime, fly tipping or other environmental issues in the area, this will help to reduce crime and will help to keep our area of Tredworth a pleasant place to live. Being part of the Neighbourhood Watch scheme is relatively simple, there will be little or no work for you to do, apart from being a “good” neighbour.

As your watch coordinator, It is my job to  keep you informed, through leaflet drops or newsletters, or preferably send messages by e:mail of crime trends that are notified to me by Police, other official organisations,  authorities or our ward coordinator. and also bring you all this information online through this website.

Neighbourhood Alerts and Neighbourhood watch News for our area can be accessed by our members only and so to view these pages will require a log in password which will be sent on membership activation. they will also be sent  through email and also via newsletter online or via Leaflet formm subject to members preffered methord.

As with many other established watches in the Barton and Tredworth area, this will help to reduce crime and bring our community together. I may occasionally call meetings if members feel this to be required, where you can have your say on your issues and thoughts that could help benefit the area, and also maybe become involved with any projects that we may undertake.should you wish to attend them.

The scheme is now registered with the National Ourwatch Scheme details can be found here

I am also an official police checked  and recognised coordinator also known by the local MP and local councillor for my coordinator status with communications with them into related neighbourhood issues, I also approach various other local organisations and authority's for there support in the scheme in securing meetings and various other events that can bring the community together. And with the idea of helping to reduce crime .

If you live in Conduit street, Falkner street or any of the immediate streets of this area of Tredworth then we would love for you to join our watch. It is up to you how much you get involved, just being a member is a great step to reducing crime in the area and if you can report crime even if through your coordinator who can discuss this with the right team on your behalf.

If you'd like to offer to help out in any way, even in helping set up this scheme in its early days or would like to get more involved please feel free to let me know that too via our GET INVOLVED page.  Your details are stored securely more deatails can be found on our Terms and Conditions

All support in this scheme is gratefully welcome to help make our streets and community a safer place that looks out for each other, helping to safe guard our homes and neighbours, with the aim of reducing crime

I would like to thank you for your time in visiting our neighbour hood watch site and look forward to your possible support in this scheme
